My Approach

I believe that Wellness is our natural State of Being, and is based on so much more than simply exercising or subscribing to a particular diet, although those ARE important components.  Overall wellness is dependent on wellness of mind, body, emotion, and spiritual connection.  I offer programs and services to help with this integration.  All is connected.

I'm a strong believer in the Law of Attraction; that what you put out to the Universe comes back to you, so self awareness is key in developing a state of Ultimate Well Being.  You must be willing to look at where you've been getting in your own way, and challenge your belief systems if you want to level up.

An ideal wellness program will include:

  • a physical fitness and nutrition plan that works well for YOUR body

  • DNA Activation and Restructuring to unlock your true potential

  • daily meditation

  • personal development and hobbies

  • time for self care and rejuvenation
